Here sits a small cup of Tiramisu. To which I say, "Nom. Nom. Nom." Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts to begin with. By making it gelato, you are essentially making Tiramisu3. The cocoa powder and coffee ride the mascarpone like a wave into my mouth. Between the flavors already present, I felt that pairing it with anything else would disrupt their balance. My only regret was that I only got a small instead of a pint.
